(1) Buyer Agency (Home Search) Fees

• In case of a purchase: agency fee equal to 2 % of the purchase price.
• In case of lease: agency fee equal to one month rent.

Pay less if you found a home to buy or rent, but need assistance in negotiating, price advice, preparing or monitoring contract!

• In case of a purchase: agency fee equal to 1 % of the purchase price.
• In case of lease: agency fee equal to half month rent.

(2) Market Search
Useful if you want to get familiar with the Budapest property market before making up your mind.

• Personal Consultation: Ft 4,000.00 / hour (when I answer your questions).
• Market Search Property Viewing fee: Ft 50,000.00 or the equivalent in $ or € (when I search for homes matching our criteria, set up viewing and show them to you).

FREE market search: the amount above shall be credited against my buyer agency fee, should you choose to use my home search / buyer agency services.

• If I sell your property: 3% of agreed sales price
• If I rent out your property: the equivalent of 1 month rent

• Personal Consultation: Ft 4,000.00 / hour (when I answer your questions).
• Market-Value Estimate of Residential Property: Ft 50,000.00 or the equivalent in $ or € (when I come to inspect the property you wish to sell or buy, run a market search, and write a market-value estimate report).
